Four things that hold whether the job is small or large
Quotes are itemised
Every line says what it is, how many hours it takes, and whether it can be cut. You can drop what you do not need yet on day one.
You talk to the developer
No account manager in between. The person who takes the brief is the person who writes the code, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
The code is yours
Source, database, and documentation are handed over at the end. Move to another team whenever you want — nothing is held hostage.

Landing pages and profile sites start at THB 15,000, corporate websites with an admin area at THB 45,000, and web applications or business systems at THB 90,000. The real figure comes from the agreed line items, all of which you see in the quote before work begins.
There is no agency overhead added on top, no sales team, and no margin padded in to survive a negotiation. Work is priced on the hours it actually takes, and you can see how many hours sit against each line.
A landing page runs 1–2 weeks, a corporate website 3–6 weeks, and a web application or business system 2–4 months, depending on complexity and how quickly your side can review each cycle.
TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Go, C#, Java, Dart, Rust, Ruby, Kotlin, and Swift, plus the major frameworks — React, Next.js, Vue, Laravel, Django, Spring Boot, and ASP.NET. The stack is chosen to fit the job and whatever you already run, not to suit one preference.

Yes. Internal systems have been delivered for hospitals and for agencies that require deployment on their own servers. Both on-premise and cloud installations are supported, with the documentation procurement processes ask for.
Yes. Most work runs remotely through online meetings and a test link that updates weekly. Where being on site matters — user training or an in-house install — that can be scheduled in advance.
Yes. Bugs caused by the development work are fixed free for 90 days after handover. After that you can take a monthly retainer or call on an hourly basis.
